Q. What is the dress for the convention?

A. For the general and breakout sessions, dress is business casual. For the Awards Gala, dress is formal. Shorts, jeans, t-shirts, etc. are not appropriate for Awards Night.

Q. Are children permitted at convention?

A. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted at Max International's "Elevate" Convention.

Q. Does the registration fee include the flight to Salt Lake City?

A. No. You are responsible for your own flight to Salt Lake City. Book your flight now to get a great fare.

Q. What airport do we need to fly into?

A. You will be flying into the Salt Lake City International Airport. Visit www.slcairport.com for more information.

Q. Do I provide my own transportation from the airport to the hotel?

A. Yes you must provide your own transportation from the airport to the hotel where you choose to stay. When you register for your hotel room, check to see if the hotel offers shuttle service from the airport.

Convention Store:

Make sure you visit the Maxcessories store at the Salt Palace Convention Center. You will want to stock up on your suppy of our flagship product, MaxGXL, as well as new marketing tools. We will have a lot of new Max logo items you won't want to miss out on.

Badge Policy:

Badges are your passport to all Max functions. For entrance into the events, your badge must be visible at all times. You must pick up your badge at the Max Registration Desk. Keep track of your badge. If you misplace it, please notify the Max Registration Desk immediately. There is a $10 replacement fee for a lost badge.
